5 Famous Hollywood movies that delayed due to Corona virus outbreak.

As Corona virus outbreak is spreading in its full pace, an increasing number of hollywood movies, TV shows and events are delaying all over the world especially in Hollywood. A large number of movies were scheduled to be released on and after Easter, but due to corona virus outbreak all the movies are postponed to a future date. Many of the major movies have now announced new premiere dates.

Here is the list of Hollywood movies that delayed due to coronavirus with their actual and new date of release.

-Mulan

Disney postponed the release of its blockbuster movie “Mulan”. The film is based on the Chinese folklore “The Ballad of Mulan” and is a live-action adaptation of Disney’s 1998 animated film of the same name. It was scheduled to be released in the United States on March 27, 2020, but was delayed to July 24, 2020, due to the 2019–20 coronavirus pandemic. The shift was the part of a big shuffle of films Disney made to its release calendar on April 3.

-Wonder Woman 1984

Wonder Woman 1984  is an American superhero film based on the DC Comics character Wonder Woman. It is the sequel to 2017’s Wonder Woman and the ninth instalment in the DC Extended Universe. The movie was scheduled to be released in June 2020 by Warner Bros. But Wonder Woman has committed to hit theatres in August 2020.

-No time to die

It came as a shock for many fans to hear that the latest James bond premiere was being postponed due to coronavirus pandemic. No Time to Die is a spy film and the twenty-fifth instalment in the James Bond film series produced by Eon Productions. No Time to Die was originally scheduled for release in April 2020. It is now scheduled for release on 12 November in the United Kingdom and on 25 November in the United States.

-A quiet place part II

A Quiet Place Part II is a 2020 American horror film and a sequel to A Quiet Place (2018). Paramount plans to release the film in theatres on September 4, 2020. The studio initially planned to release the film in late March 2020 but postponed it due to the ongoing 2019–20 coronavirus pandemic.

-Top gun: Maverick

Top Gun: Maverick is an upcoming American action drama film directed by Joseph Kosinski. It is the sequel to 1986’s Top Gun and stars Tom Cruise. Top Gun: Maverick is scheduled to be theatrically released in the United States on December 23, 2020, by Paramount Pictures. Before the corona outbreak, the movie was scheduled to be released on June 24.
